Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order — we can’t be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@drcals.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

Presale orders will ship once products become available, expected in January 2026.

Delays are unlikely, but possible. Refunds are available for pre-orders due to delays.
